What a great morning. I’ve finished my GTD weekly review, sure its Friday morning but I’m going out of town for the weekend, so I wanted it done. I finally took the time to customize my .screenrc on one of the servers. Once I got it just the way I wanted it, I added a new module to the CVS server and checked it in. The I wrote a couple of shell scripts to keep me updated, and check them into CVS also. Next I checked them out on a different server and did the same. Now all my servers have the same copies of .screenrc. I started /etc/LOG files on each server instead of trying to document things in odd places. One of the tabs in screen opens vi /etc/LOG so its always there. Next up I tweaked all my puTTy sessions a little and backed up that registry data. I’m just glad I’ve had the time to get all that going today.
