Project: Running

Workout 2 – Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

Note: I’ve got to get some running shoes. I’m already starting to feel better.

  1. nf0, I am part of a ruuning club out here… I found that it really helps to have other people pushing you and you pushing them. It is too easy to slack on your own. We run every other day and every day on the weekends. Once a month one of us has to plan a run for the group and I have to tell you that some of these people are nuts. But that is good you don’t just go round and round the same old track. And no offense to the treadmill people but those things are lame.
