TABASCO SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce

My order of TABASCO SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce came in. This stuff is really good. I’ve tried it on several items, really good on the egg rolls. I hope a can do some cooking with it this weekend.

1 Gallon Jugs

I think I need a one gallon jug of Tabasco, maybe the Chipotle, it makes a great brisket marinade.

Tabasco Shrimp Tacos with Spiked Sour Cream

I also cooked up some Tabasco Shrimp Tacos with Spiked Sour Cream (click for recipe). I really like the flavor of the spiked sour cream and the shrimp weren’t that spicy at all. I think it turned out well and would be a fast dish, except for cleaning the fresh shrimp.

Bronco Bob’s Chili

All right I’m in catchup mode now for the last few weeks.

I cooked up some Bronco Bob’s Chili (click for recipe) last week. I should put a warning on this one, its hot, really hot. I enjoyed it , but nobody else could eat it.

Tonight I cooked Chicken Francaise and Honey Glazed Carrots. It was good we gave it 4 stars.

I cooked up some Smoked-sausage and Okra Dirty Rice tonight. Another winner around here.

Tex-mex Lasagna

I cooked up some Tex-mex Lasagna fast and easy. Better yet Camille really liked it. Try it.

The Big Chili

My new favorite episode of Good Eats is the Big Chili. Now I want to get a pressure cooker so I can try that chili.
